D5-admixture makes concrete waterproof up to "W35" (that is, up to 35 atmospheres). This makes the concrete watertight up to 35 atmospheres of water pressure without applying any insulation layer to the concrete surface of buildings such as swimming pools, foundations, and tunnels, which are in direct contact with water.
